Ornellaia

Ornellaia is one of the most famous names in the wine world, Ornellaia means excellence. Ornellaia was born in 1982 by Ludovico Antinori who had an idea to plant Bordeaux grapes in Bolgheri, in 1999 Mondavi family joined the company and in 2005 Frescobaldi group acquired Ornellaia. In a few years Ornellaia has been able to become a key player in wine world with the production of important bottles as Ornellaia and Masseto contributes to the prestige of Italian oenology in the world.
