Can I know when delivery will take place before placing an order?

The approximate delivery date can be found under each product on the product page. Once you have placed your order, you will be notified as soon as it has been dispatched and you will be able to track your parcel using the tracking number provided by the courier.

How can I place an order on foodexplore.com?

1. Find the product you like and click on Add to cart.

2. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout.

3. Enter your details, choose your preferred shipping method and proceed to payment.

 


Done! You will receive an order confirmation email and your products will soon be at your home.

I have not received the email confirming my order. What can I do?

First, check the Spam folder of your e-mail client.

If you are registered, you can check the status of your order from your account in the My orders section.

Otherwise, contact our customer service for more information.

How do I know if my order has been successful?

Once you have completed your purchase, you will be taken to a page with your order code.

You will receive confirmation of your order by email to the address you entered during checkout or associated with your account.

I have placed an order on Ebay, how can I find out its status?

For all orders placed on Ebay, please refer to the platform made available by them for communication. Contact us through the Ebay platform.

You will receive an email upon confirmation of your order and you will be notified when the order is shipped.
