Lombardy Extravirgin Olive Oils

In Lombardy the olive tree was fisrt introduced during roman ages from colonies coming from Magna Grecia, mainly around the areas of the big lakes. The official name used today in the Lombardy territory for this oil is Extravirgin Olive Oli Lombardy Lakes. Como and Iseo Lakes are included in these lakes, while the Garda Lake uses the denomination Olio Garda DOP.
