La Contadina is a company that was founded in Grazzanise in 1950, initially it was only a buffalo breeding. In the following years La Contadina became a cheese factory, so the production of DOP buffalo mozzarella was started and  products were sold on local markets. Years after years the production increased following the growth of the demand. In 2001 the Coop dairy. La Contadina grows and develops its market also abroad, becoming one of the most important Italian dairies working buffalo milk.


Dal Fatourin farm is located in the town district of Rimini, in the Emilia Romagna region. It was founded in 2008 thanks to Daniela and Antonio who restored the old farm of their grandad, who was nicknamed as Fatourin. Daniela and Antonio run and manage all the aspects of the company, from taking care of the land to the production, from hosting to the small winery where Antonio, wine-maker, produces his wine. Over the years new vineyards, fruit and olive groves have been planted, everything strictly organic. Since 2008 the farm is BIO certified for all its products. Today Dal Fatourin produces apricot, apple and cherry juices, jams with and without sugar, the multi-awarded extra virgin olive oil, sauces and other types of preserves. Daniele and Antonio have always been focused on producing high quality organic products and let the consumers enjoy and find out more about their products.
