Azienda Giordano is owned by Giordano Michelazzi who founded it in 1977 after having learnt the art of 'norcineria' from his father Adelindo. In 1983 he moved and expanded its production in Carpaneto Piacentino, a place near the Apennines where its microclimate is perfect for the production and curing of this cured meat. Today the company uses a control system for the traceability of its products and for the certificate of origin of each item.
Fonterosa was founded in 1985 in Alba, Piedmont, thanks to Daniela Pira and Giorgio. They produce different types of products, all of them excellent and leaders on the food market. They also produce sauces, sweet creams, starters, fruit in syrup, all of them made by following the old traditional techniques.
