Rosa dei Frati Ca dei Frati is a rosé wine that is called Chiaretto on Garda Lake, is made from the Garda classic red berries grapes. The vineyard from which these grapes are is in Desenzano del Garda on a limestone-clay soil and are harvested around the beginning of September. Grapes are taken to the cellar for maceration, this process takes place at low temperature and allows the transfer of aromatic and coloring substances from the skins to the must. When the color is the desired one the skins are separated from the must wich is fermented in steel at a temperature of about 16 ° C. The wine remains in steel for six months of aeging before being bottled.
