Cuvee Bois comes from a precise selection of Chardonnay vines which are more suitable for the production of structured wines. These 2 hectares are also the oldest and most valuable because they deliver richer fruit aromas. The musts ferment in French oak barrels for 10 months before blend. During the refinement batonnage is carried out every week giving structure, body and elegance to the wine. After being bottled, the wine is laid in the cellar for at least 8 months before release allowing Cuvee Bois to be consumed immediately.

| Terroir | I vigneti scelti per la produzione del Cuvee Bois si estendono su 2 Ha di superficie ricoprendo una collina quindi i filari sono in forte pendenza disposti a ciglione e ritocchino. La collinavigneto presenta sulla sommità una torretta che è diventata simbolo dell'azienda. La dendità di impianto è di 7500 piante ad ettaro e i suoli sono abbastanza eterogenei e di origine morenica ad una altitudine media di circa 600m sldm; le importanti escursioni termiche tra il giorno e la notte concorrono con la posizione e le caratteristiche del terreno a rendere questa zona un terroir unico. |
