Lis Neris Pinot Grigio Gris DOC Friuli Isonzo

Lis Neris Pinot Grigio Gris is a wine produced by the Lis Neris winery with 100% Pinot Grigio grapes from a single vineyard whose plants have reached full maturity. The Pinot Grigio grapes of the vineyard called precisely Gris reach a wonderful state of ripeness that is repeated in all the years. Manual harvest takes place in small boxes around the first ten days of September, the grapes are brought to the winery for a gentle pressing and the musts are conveyed into 500L oak barrels for fermentation. After this process, the Lis Neris Pinot Grigio Gris wine remains oak barrels for 11 months before blending and bottling, after which it is left to rest for a further 12 months before being released on the market.
