Primitivo di Manduria DOC Feudi di San Gregorio is a wine produced with Primitivo grapes grown in the vineyards of the Feudi di San Gregorio winery near the Ionian Sea in the territory of the DOC Primitivo di Manduria. Primitivo grapes are harvested manually and brought to the winery for vinification. Fermentation and maceration take place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 30 ° C for about 25 days during which numerous pumpovers and delestages take place.
