Villa Antinori wine: Tuscany in the glass, Great expression of the Tuscany wine of the Antinori family. The goal is to make a selection of the best grapes of Antinori estates producing a Tuscan red wine of excellent quality price that can satisfy even the most demanding customers. The harvested grapes are de-stemmed and gentle pressed and put in special temperature controlled tanks. The fermentation and maceration continue for about 15 days after which Villa Antinori Rosso is separated from the skins and put on aging in French and American oak barrels for 12 months before blending and bottling.
