How it's made Manestrini gives great importance to all the production and manufacturing steps, and it is thanks to this principle that the company has been able to reach the deserved worldwide success and also several awards. The extra virgin olive oil Leccino is made up exclusively of Leccino variety from Garda. The selection and picking is carried out by hand and the olives are brought to the mill within the next 24 hours. Here the first impurities are filtered and both pressing and 'gramolatura' are carried out, during which the pit is removed from the olives and then pressed. The olive oil is then poured into stainless steel tanks in order to avoid oxidation and it is finally bottled and sold.

Combinations

We suggest to consume extra virgin olive oil fresh from the bottle, so that all the flavours of the ingredients in the dish are not overpowered, but enhanced. Moreover, thanks to its light, fruity and balanced taste, it goes well with seafood, meat and different types of vegetables.
