Truffle and porcini mushroom cream by Centro Tartufi Molise is a dressing made with extra virgin olive oil, porcini mushrooms and summer black truffle from Molise. It is a natural cream where all the original aromas of the ingredients are preserved. The 'meat', or gleba in the Italian technical language, of the summer black truffle is characterized by a hazelnut colour while the peridium, which is the 'skin' of the truffle shows a black-brownish colour.

How it's made The truffle and porcini mushroom cream is made with summer truffle, named because of its ripening period which is between the end of May and end of August. 80% of the product is made up with porcini mushrooms picked in the Molise woods.
