Pinot Nero Riserva Laimburg is a wine produced in Trentino Alto Adige from the Laimburg winery in Bolzano. The best Pinot Nero vineyards of the Laimburg estate are selected to produce this wine. At the end of August the Pinot Nero grapes are harvested and brought to the winery for red wine making. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers at a temperature of about 25 ° C for 10 days furante which the wine is enriched with valuable compounds yielded from the skins. The Pinot Nero Riserva Laimburg wine is separated from the skins and aged for 15 months in French oak barriques before blending and bottling.
