Monte Rossa Franciacorta Saten Sansevè

Monte Rossa Franciacorta Saten Sansevè is a blanc de blanc wine made from Chardonnay grapes. Franciacorta Saten is characterized by having only developed 4.5 bar pressure in the bottle and not 6 bar like other types of Franciacorta. This allows Monte Rossa Franciacorta Saten Sansevè to be a more creamy and delicate wine reaching admirable levels of elegance. The Chardonnay grapes are manually harvested around the beginning of September and taken to the cellar for a gentle pressing. The musts ferment partly in barriques and partly in stainless steel tanks AISI 310. After alcoholic fermentation, the wines remain for 7 months aging on the lees before the creation of the cuvee and bottling. Monte Rossa Franciacorta Saten Sansevè is bottled with added sugar and yeast that will lead the second fermentation in the bottle and then allow the appearance of bubbles. After a rest of at least 24 months Monte Rossa Franciacorta Saten Sansevè is disgorged and released on the market
