Colterenzio Sauvignon blanc Lafòa Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC

Colterenzio Sauvignon blanc Lafòa is a selection of Sauvignon Blanc from the Lafòa vineyard that is a plot that enjoys excellent sun exposure. These characteristics combined with a great suitability of the territory make this place particularly suitable for the cultivation of Sauvignon Blanc. After the manual harvest, which takes place when the grapes are perfectly ripe, the Sauvignon Blanc undergoes a brief maceration before the alcoholic fermentation in steel. Part of the grapes ferments in barriques and also undergoes malolactic fermentation. After about 8 months of aging on the yeasts, the two wines are blended to form Colterenzio Sauvignon blanc Lafòa.
