Lugana DOC San Vigilio Selva Capuzza is a wine produced with 100% Trebbiano di Lugana grapes (Turbiana) in the Lugana DOC area, located on the southern shores of Lake Garda. The Trebbiano di Lugana grapes that make up the Lugana DOC San Vigilio Selva Capuzza wine are selected from the youngest vineyards of the estate and harvested to a perfect degree of ripeness. The grapes are taken to the winery and gently pressed and the fermentation takes place at low temperatures.
