Riserva 1884 San Michele is the best of our grapes and all our experience and passion for a complex wine that looks far. Great intensity for our “Riserva”, in which we put our best grapes. Slightly balsamic notes accompany the fruity linearity of the perfumes and the pleasant taste. Grapes are manually harvested at the end of september and taken to the cellar for destemming. Fermentation at controlled temperature with maceration of grapes lasting about 15 - 20 days. Elevage in French oak barriques for 18 months. Six months of bottle refinement.
