Vermentino di Sardegna DOC Su Soi Murales

Vermentino di Sardegna DOC Su Soi Murales is a wine produced by the Sardinian winery Murales with the most representative white grape variety of Sardinia: Vermentino. A vine of Spanish origin that along the Tyrrhenian coast and in Sardinia has found its ideal location and the right environment. The grapes are harvested and brought to the cellar after a rigorous selection, around the beginning of September. The must is clarified and fermented in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of 18°C for about 15 days until the sugars are exhausted. The wine Vermentino di Sardegna DOC Su Soi Murales remains in steel containers until the spring following the harvest until bottling.
