Capo Martino Jermann is one of the most famous Italian white wines, it derives from the vinification of different varieties of native Friulian grapes that are grown in a vineyard of about 7.5Ha on a hill called Capo Martino. Capo Martino Jermann derives from the vinification of autochthonous grapes, the resulting musts ferment and refine in 750 L Slavonian oak barrels for a period ranging from 12 to 16 months and is marketed after 2 years from harvest.
