Deltetto Nebbiolo Langhe DOC

Deltetto Langhe Nebbiolo is a wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes from Deltetto winery in the Langhe area, an extremely  suited to viticulture area and the cultivation of Nebbiolo in a special way. The Nebbiolo grapes are manually harvested around the beginning of October and taken to the winery for crushing, alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins lasts for about 7 days when the Nebbiolo grape skins gives to the must a lot of compounds such as aromas and polyphenols typical of the variety. Subsequently, the Deltetto Nebbiolo is separated from the skins and placed in aging in oak casks before being blended in stainless steel tanks and bottled.
