How it's made	Fillets of mackerel Vicente Marino 125g is fished in the Mediterranean Sea, the mackerel is first deprived of the head then once cut down in the cold room is left to bleed under running water and then cleaned manually without the use of chemical additives. The mackerel is cooked in stainless steel baskets with water and salt, avoiding the use of steam to maintain and preserve the nutritional values and organoleptic qualities. Always manually, after cooking, the central plug and the skin are removed, followed by the cutting of the clean slices and the positioning inside the glass jars which are filled with olive oil. Finally, the jar is hermetically sealed and labelled.
