Rottensteiner Chardonnay is a 100% Chardonay wine from grapes cultivated in the Hans Rottensteiner mountain vineyards near Bolzano. Chardonnay grapes finds in this wonderful environment a particularly well-deserved territory and produces Chardonnay wines highly appreciated as unique and unmistakable character. The Chardonnay is harvested fully ripe and brought to the winery for fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, small part of Rottensteiner Chardonnay is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels before blending and bottling.
