Del Zoppo Wagyu Bresaola is crunchy, authentically mouth-watering, carefully produced and made with meat from the Japanese Wagyu breed. The presence of fat with high levels of monounsaturated fatty acids rich in Omega-3, responsible for the marbling of the meat, gives this wonderful bresaola an incredible feeling of softness.
