DELIVERY TIME AND COSTS
We have selected the best couriers according to your needs and your destination country.
The delivery cost is calculated in the Checkout phase according to the weight/quantity of products and the destination country. Foodexplore does not require any minimum order quantity. We guarantee two delivery attempts but we suggest to give an address where a person is available to take delivery and sign for your parcel. Foodexplore guarantees you safe delivery within 72 working hours after receipt of your order* if all products ordered are in stock immediately. Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched from the following Monday. Products shipped in thermal packaging are only entrusted to the courier if the courier guarantees delivery within the current week. Otherwise, orders are entrusted on the following Monday to ensure that fresh products are best stored during the weekend in our temperature-controlled warehouses. In the event that some of the products ordered are not available or are in restocking at the manufacturer (6-10 or 7-14 working days), you will be contacted by our Customer Service if not indicated in the summary e-mail.
ITALY: we ship within 24/48 hours. Delivery cost from € 7.5 up to 30 kg.
EUROPE: We ship to almost all EU countries and the delivery will be in 48/72 hours. Delivery cost starts from € 17.50 and is discounted of 50% for orders up to 139€.

FAILURE TO DELIVER
For delivery, the presence of the customer or a person appointed by the customer is required at the address indicated on the order. If the customer or the person in charge is not present or is insolvent, the customer will be charged (even on a subsequent charge) for the cost of delivery, for any stock and for products that can no longer be sold to third parties. Foodexplore is not responsible for any delays attributable to the fault of the courier or objectively caused by third parties (e.g. strikes, bad weather, disasters). Upon receipt of the parcel, the Client is invited to check: that the number of packages indicated on the waybill, or delivery note, or invoice is actually the one delivered; that the parcel is intact and undamaged: any disputes must be reported to the courier by indicating on the waybill that you sign for collection, the wording "WITH RESERVE" specifying the reservation, otherwise the parcel is considered correctly delivered.
