The Partinico area is characterized by a Mediterranean climate, with mild winters and hot, dry summers. The soils are predominantly clay and limestone, ideal for vine cultivation. These climatic and geological conditions help give Noa Sicilia Rosso IGT wine its unique characteristics. Noa Sicilia Rosso IGT is a blend of three grapes: Nero d'Avola, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Nero d'Avola is a native Sicilian grape variety, which gives the wine its structure and distinctive character. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, on the other hand, are international grape varieties that add complexity and depth to the wine. The production process of Noa Sicilia Rosso IGT begins with the harvest, which is done manually between late August and early September.
