Apulia IGP Congedi Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and comes from a careful selection of olives that the Congedi family makes every year. The olives are of the Frantoio variety, harvested in October when perfectly ripe so as to obtain very balanced flavours and aromas.
Congedi is based in Ugento in Apulia and is an excellent producer of extra virgin olive oil in Italy. Since 1917.
