|How it's made||The Boscaiola sauce is made with the Piennolo del Vesuvio tomatoes, picked when perfectly ripened. They're then washed, blanched and centrifuged with specific machines. The result is a special sauce: sweet, tasty, with a good acidity. The pureed tomatoes are then enriched with porcini mushrooms ad champignon to increase the taste and especially the sweetness of this amazing sauce. Once cooked, the sauce is pasteurized in order to make the product sterile and also to guarantee its freshness during its shelf-life.|
