La Contadina produces Buffalo Mozzarella DOP with the highest quality standards on the market today. The product is a natural buffalo mozzarella. The buffalo farms that give milk are located not far from 15 km from the diary guaranteeing a very short chain product.La Contadina, the family company has around 1000 buffaloes and cultivated fields for feeding buffaloes of 200 hectares, thus guaranteeing the right naturalness and a very high quality standard.
