Cà del Bosco Corte del Lupo Bianco Curtefranca DOC

Cà del Bosco Corte del Lupo Bianco Curtefranca DOC is a wine produced from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grown in selected vineyards in the municipalities of Erbusco, Cazzago S.Martino and Passirano. The grapes are harvested around the beginning of September and taken to the cellar to follow the vinification method called Metodo Cà del Bosco. Once the grapes arrive at the winery they are placed in cold rooms until the next day, after which the grapes are washed and dried before pressing. The fermentation takes place for one part in wood and for another in steel vats at controlled temperature. After about 6 months from fermentation, the wines that make up the Cà del Bosco Corte del Lupo Bianco Curtefranca DOC wine are blended and bottled before entering the market.
