Cavalleri Franciacorta Saten

Cavalleri Franciacorta Saten is a blanc de blanc wine so produced only with white grapes, more precisely only with Chardonnay grapes, the difference with the other blanc de blanc from Cavalleri winery is less pressure in the bottle which makes it creamier. The Chardonnay grapes are harvested around the middle of August and taken to the cellar for gentle pressing. The musts are fermand then Franciacorta wine is bottled. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle and lasts for 20 days at a temperature of about 16°C and after 48 months, the Cavalleri Franciacorta Saten is disgorged and released on the market.
