It is a wine that stands out for its clarity and texture, which can be appreciated by observing the density of the liquid in the glass. The olfactory profile of this wine is very rich and complex. On the nose, one immediately perceives notes of white-fleshed fruits, such as apple and pear, followed by hints of exotic fruits, such as pineapple and mango. These fruity notes are enriched by floral nuances, including chamomile and acacia flower. In the background, hints of vanilla and butter, due to the aging in wood, can also be detected, giving the wine a certain complexity and roundness. On the palate, Chardonnay Pietrabianca Tormaresca confirms itself as a wine of great structure and persistence. The entry is soft and enveloping, with a good balance between acidity and savoriness. Chardonnay Pietrabianca Tormaresca

Chardonnay Pietrabianca Tormaresca price and deals online

Chardonnay Pietrabianca Tormaresca is a fine white wine produced in the Castel del Monte area of Puglia, a region in southern Italy famous for its winemaking tradition. This wine is produced by the Tormaresca winery, one of the most renowned in the area, which is part of the Antinori group. The Castel del Monte area is characterized by a Mediterranean climate, with mild winters and hot, dry summers. The soils are mainly calcareous and clayey, with the presence of white stone, from which the wine takes its name. These soil characteristics help give the wine its particular minerality and freshness. Chardonnay Pietrabianca Tormaresca is made mainly from Chardonnay grapes, with a small percentage of Fiano. The grapes are harvested by hand in several stages to ensure maximum ripeness. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and the resulting must is fermented in French oak barrels, where the wine remains for about 10 months. Subsequently, the wine is aged in bottles for at least 8 months before being put on the market. The result is a wine of great elegance and complexity, with a bright straw yellow color and an intense and complex bouquet, with notes of exotic fruit, honey and vanilla. The palate is full, smooth and well balanced, with pleasant acidity and a long finish. Chardonnay Pietrabianca Tormaresca is a very versatile wine that pairs well with fish dishes, white meats and cheeses. It is also an excellent aperitif wine, thanks to its freshness and elegance.
