Culatello di Zibello DOP Gold Spigaroli 24 months is a truly exceptional product produced by the Spigaroli brothers in the Antica Corte Pallavicina. The Culatello di Zibello DOP Oro Spigaroli 24 months is defined as the king" of Italian salami, the most known and appreciated in the world. Italian pigs are bred in the farm and fed fodder and other items that are carefully selected and cultivated by the Antica Corte Pallavicina. The Zibello Culatello DOP Gold Spigaroli 24 months contains the flavors of the Zibello DOP Culatello, the selected meats are seasoned with red wine and garlic before salting with salt and pepper avoiding the use of any stabilizing product such as nitrates, sugar and flours that often come used to "cover" some defects that may occur during maturing. The Culatello di Zibello DOP Gold Spigaroli 24 months is produced only in winter months from pigs that have reached the minimum weight of 220 Kg, the Culatelli di Zibello DOP are matured in the cellars of the1300 of the Antica Corte Pallavicina for at least 24 months earning the words "gold".
