Elena Walch Sauvignon is a wine made from the famous winery Elena Walch in Alto Adige with 100% of Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This grape variety expresses very sharp and marked aromas so it's very recognizable and this slightly structured version is the trademark of Elena Walch winery.
