Erah Merlot Haderburg

Erah Haderburg is a wine produced by the Haderburg winery in Trentino Alto Adige. Erah Haderburg is a Bordeaux-style wine means that it is produced with 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes, that is the international" red berried grapes par excellence. The grapes are grown at an average altitude ranging from 250 - 350 m sldm, the vineyards of Merlot to Rungg-Termeno, Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc to Cortaccia; therefore located in areas with a strong wine vocation that are conducted according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture. The grapes are vinified separately in steel tanks and subsequently the wines are raised for 24 months in new French oak barriques for 60% and the remaining 40% in second passage barriques to compose Erah Haderburg.
