Ferghettina Franciacorta Milledi is a cuvee composed of 100% Chardonnay that is manually harvested around the middle of August and brought to the cellar for a gentle pressing. The musts ferment in steel and in barrels until the following spring in which are blended and bottled. The bottling takes place after the addition of sugar and yeast that allows the second fermentation and the development of bubbles.
