Filone Albicocca Basilico is an artisan breadfruit naturally leavened thanks to the use of our sourdough starter. Dario Loison wanted to reintroduce this ancient recipe of his father Alessandro, enriching it with a selection of top quality ingredients. The soft dough with good alveolation is embellished with delicious candied apricot and basil leaves while it is covered with a crumbly icing made of sugar granules and sweet candied apricot crescents that give the loaf an unforgettable texture and flavor.
