Filone Arancia Cioccolato is an artisanal breadfruit naturally leavened thanks to the use of our sourdough starter. Dario Loison wanted to reintroduce this ancient recipe of his father Alessandro, enriching it with a selection of top quality ingredients. The soft dough with good alveolation is embellished with delicious candied peels of Sicilian oranges and drops of dark chocolate while it is covered with a crumbly icing based on sugar grains that gives the loaf an unforgettable texture and flavor.
