Discover the delicious Alasia Alta Langa Riserva, a fine Brut sparkling wine produced from the vineyards of the renowned Il Cascinone estate, located in Acqui Terme. This wine is made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes, hand-picked from vineyards facing north and east and cultivated at altitudes between 250 and 400 meters. The unique terroir, characterized by complex soils-which include sandstones, alluvial gravels, clay-limestone silt and calcareous marls-along with a microclimate influenced by alpine breezes and sea currents, gives the wine an extraordinary aromatic profile. It is made using traditional techniques: after soft pressing, the must ferments at low temperatures in stainless steel. Second fermentation in the bottle follows, followed by a long aging on the lees of about 80 months. This meticulous process culminates in a dégorgement made à la glace and a low dosage of about 6 g/l.
