Aldo Clerico has been a wine-grower since 2004, in actual fact, for even longer because Aldo's family used to own several vineyards, in the area with most character and best suited for wine-growing, the area of Monteforte d'Alba. After gaining his experience in prestigious wineries in the sorroundingareas, he decided to become wine-maker himself. So he built a new winery and started working the grapes he grew in the 6-hectares vineyard, where beforehand he used to sell to other producers. That is how his full-bodied, long-lived and elegant wines are created such as Barolo, Barbera and Nebbiolo Langhe. They are the result of the daily work in the cellar and in the vineyard, a work that Aldo undertakes with great passion and commitment.
