Bulgarini Lugana is a wine made with Trebbiano di Lugana variety also called Turbiana. This variety is particularly suitable for the production of white wine that can age and at the same time Trebbiano di Lugana can produce wine with great aromatic qualities. The grapes are manually harvested and brought to the winery for pressing. The musts are inoculated with selected yeasts for fermentation that takes place in stainless steel tanks at about 16 ° C and lasts for about 15 days. After this process teh wine is left on the lees for 3 months before bottling.
