TASTING NOTES: Lugana Ca Maiol Molin shows a bright, straw-yellow colour, on the nose its aromas are very peculiar and range between intense ripened fruit to aromatic herbs, with an evident lavender note. On the mouth its freshness and savouriness are astounding, making this wine very easy to drink.

Description

Lugana Cà Maiol Molin

Lugana Ca Maiol Molin is a selection of the best grapes of the company and used to make a full-bodied and elegant wine. The grapes are hand-harvested and then brought to the winery where their skins are cold-macerated for more than 48 hours at a temperature of 3-4°C in order to help the extraction of the aromas from the skins to the must. Musts fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to help the aromas of the yeast to develop and once the fermentation is over, Lugana Molin is refined by extended lees for six months before bottling.

Storage: 16-18°C (61-64*F)
Pairing: Lugana Molin Ca Maiol is a white wine with a good body(structure) that goes well with starters and seafood pasta dishes. Excellent also with raw meat carpaccio and together with medium or long-aged cheeses such as the Bagoss and the 30-months Parmigiano Reggiano.
