Lugana DOC Pasini is a wine produced with 100% Trebbiano di Lugana grapes (Turbiana) in the Lugana DOC area, located on the southern shores of Lake Garda, precisely in San Benedetto di Lugana. The Trebbiano di Lugana grapes that make up the Lugana DOC Pasini wine are selected from the best vineyards of the estate and harvested to a perfect degree of ripeness. The grapes are brought to the cellar and softly pressed and fermentation takes place at low temperatures. The Lugana DOC Pasini wine remains aged in steel during the winter months and then bottled in February / March before being put on the market.
