Nero d'Avola Tenute Orestiadi Terre Siciliane IGP special price.
Nero d'Avola Tenute Orestiadi is a wine made from Nero d'Avola grapes grown in the Belice Valley area of Sicily, in the municipality of Gibellina in Sicily. The vineyards in which Nero d'Avola is grown have soils of volcanic origin that together with favorable climatic conditions allow the grapes to reach a perfect state of ripeness each year. The Nero d'Avola is harvested and brought to the winery for crushing, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a temperature of about 25-27°C for about 15 days during which pumping over and delestage are repeated to extract aromas and polyphenols from the skins. Then the Nero d'Avola Tenute Orestiadi wine is separated from the skins and placed in French oak barrels for about 18 months before blending and bottling.
