Planeta La Segreta Bianco

Planeta La Segreta Bianco is the result of a particular blend by the Planeta winery. La Segreta is the name of the forest that surrounds the wonderful vineyard named dell'Ulmo" at Menfi, this wine is produced primarily with Grecanico grapes blended with international grapes to have a product with a unique and complete profile. The grapes are manually harvested and taken to the cellar for a gentle pressing, the musts are inoculated with selected yeasts and fermented at low temperature in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. After fermentation Planeta La Segreta Bianco is aged for a few months before blending and bottling.
