The arrabbiata sauce is very easy to use, excellent to season your pasta dishes or bruschettas. For the sauce the tomatoes grown by the company Quarto dei Greci are used. They are picked when perfectly ripen and used to make this amazing sauce with an addition of chillies, grown from the company as well, extra virgin olive oil and parsley. All the ingredients used for the arrabbiata sauce are grown and produced by the company and the recipe is from the local culinary tradition of Molise.

How it's made The arrabbiata sauce is made with fresh-picked tomatoes which, after being carefully selected, are washed and cooked quickly in boiling water. They are then sifted so that the solid parts such as the seeds are separated from the pulp. All the added ingredients are then cooked slowly at low heat with the tomatoes. Once cooked they are poured in containers, hermetically closed and pasteurised to sterilise them.
