Elena Walch Riesling Castel Ringberg is a wine produced with Riesling grapes grown in the Castel Ringberg estate on the hills near Lake Caldaro in a vineyard exposed to the southeast. Limestone morainic soil of medium dough with clay and sandy parts. Riesling grapes are harvested manually and brought to the winery for soft pressing. The must ferment in small stainless steel tanks for 15 days at 15-16 ° C.
