Salame di Varzi DOP 700g

Salami di Varzi PDO 800g is a typical product of the Varzi area in the Oltrepò Pavese area. It is believed that the Salame di Varzi PDO 1Kg derives from the process of preservation of the meat of the monks who occupied the Staffora Valley, in fact it was they who with a constant search for the right balance between salt, meat and fat were able to lay the foundations for production of the Varzi Salami.
