The Sbirro cheese with the Menabrea beer produced by Botalla was the first Italian cheese to be aged and matured with beer. The Sbirro with the Menabrea beer is a cheese produced with Italian cow's milk coming from the adjacent pastures. The Sbirro seasoned for at least 3 months before being sold, the beer and the cereals on the rind make this cheese have a unique flavor that recalls yeast and hops used for the production of beer. Excellent cheese to be consumed in purity.
