I have tried the Chestnut Tagliatelle from Pastificio Il Bosco and I must say that they are really delicious. For a perfect combination, I recommend preparing them with a sauce of porcini mushrooms and smoked bacon. To prepare the sauce, simply brown the bacon in a pan with a little olive oil, add the chopped porcini mushrooms and cook them for a few minutes. Then add a little cooking cream and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water, drain them al dente and toss them in the pan with the porcini mushroom sauce. Serve hot and garnish with some freshly chopped parsley. This dish is perfect for a fall or winter dinner, when you are in the mood for something warm and comforting.
