Verduzzo Friulano Alturis

Verduzzo Friulano Alturis is a wine produced with Verduzzo Friulano grapes grown in Friuli Venezia Giulia in the vineyards of the Tenuta Alturis. The Verduzzo Friulano grapes are harvested manually in September and brought to the cellar for crushing after a slight drying on the plant, the must ferments in vitrified cement tanks at controlled temperature for about 10 days until the fermentation stop which occurs with about 20 g / L of residual sugars. The Verduzzo Friulano Alturis wine remains in steel refinement on the fine lees for a short period before assembly and bottling.
